COMPASS

COMPASS (Collaborative Minnesota Partnerships to Advance Student Success) is the statewide system for continuous improvement created through a collaboration between the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) and the Minnesota Service Cooperatives. COMPASS is designed to guide and support the examination and improvement of systems. We strive for equitable outcomes and prioritize access to strong Tier 1 instructions for all students.

COMPASS/MnMTSS professional learning pathways are available to all districts, tribally controlled schools, and charter schools in Minnesota. State legislative allocations allows COMPASS statewide and regional teams to provide these professional learning opportunities with aligned support at no cost to districts, schools, or participants.
